Nilacholey Kiriti

Kiriti Roy and his wife Krishna goes to Puri for their honeymoon, where Kiriti meets his longtime neighbor Kali Sarkar. Kali is a gold merchant and a master in mathematics and chess. However, Kali suddenly goes missing and Kiriti gets involved in the case. As Kiriti unravels the mystery, he comes face to face with some interesting and shocking facts about Kali's life, his business and also the motives behind the series of unwanted incidents that take place.

Directed by Anindya Bikas Datta, Nilacholey Kiriti leans on a strong ensemble — Indraneil Sengupta, Arunima Ghosh, Samadarshi Dutta — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about thriller titles of 2018.
