
Baromas is a feature film in Hindi based on the Sahitya Academy award winning Marathi novel of the same name by Sadanand Deshmukh and directed by FTII-educated Dheeraj Meshram. The movie addresses the plight of dry land farmers and the educated unemployed in rural India.
Directed by Dhiraj Meshram, Twelve Months leans on a strong ensemble — Gajanand Bind, Seema Biswas, Alok Chaturvedi — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 2016.
