Finders Keepers

Amy Lindel, a church choir singer, goes to the city to pursue a singing career, but finds herself only able to get cabaret gigs. She then becomes entangled in a situation involving stolen diamonds, and is saved by the "good guy" whom she later marries.

Directed by Otis Thayer, Finders Keepers leans on a strong ensemble — Violet Mersereau, Edmund Cobb, Dorothy Bridges — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 1921.
