Ligia and Mayte are best friends who are planning the “best quinceañera party ever” in order to achieve the respect and the popularity they so much desire. When a supernatural beast attacks Joel, Ligia’s boyfriend, he manages to escape but he is gradually transforming into something fierce and inexplicable. Ligia will soon discover she is pregnant and the creature that she’s carrying inside is not only a threat to her but to everyone around her.

Directed by Jack Zagha Kababie, Yossy Zagha, Quince leans on a strong ensemble — Greta Marti, Macarena Oz, Enrique Arreola — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
