About Two Feet in One Shoe
A young typist in a company, Maro, knows that her boss's son dislikes her because of her unkempt appearance and clumsiness. With the help of a friend, Maro transforms herself into a modern and charming young lady, and uses a variety of tactics to impress her boss's son, until she finally succeeds and it is now his turn to pursue her.
Directed by Erricos Andreou, Two Feet in One Shoe leans on a strong ensemble — Nora Valsami, Lakis Komninos, Pavlos Liaros — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 1969.
