The Last Straw

The Last Straw, follows Bruce Bauer, a mild-mannered high schooler, whose great love is unjustly expelled from their chaotic public school for a minor infraction. Bruce bands together with a motley crew of accomplices in a rebellion against the school's tyrannical disciples of Dean of Discipline Wolfgang Quint. They rain chaos and disorder throughout the school to drive Quint out.

Directed by Stolis Hadjicharalambous, The Last Straw leans on a strong ensemble — Henry Borriello, Michael Coyne, Jerry Murdock — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2016.
