Gangsters smuggle diamonds through customs by embedding them in The Spiders' tambourine, then go on a cross-country chase of the rock-and-roll band in order to get them back. Directed by Kō Nakahira, The Spiders' The Noisy Parade leans on a strong ensemble — Shochi Tanabe, Masaaki Sakai, Jun Inoue — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
