About First Exposure
Tycoon, Tang Shih Hai, rules most of the businesses in Hong Kong. Many of his officials have been assassinated. Since Tang's only son, Champ, is lazy, Tang appoints Cheng as his general manager, not knowing that he's a member of the feared ICG (International Criminal Group).
Directed by Chung Ching-Woon, First Exposure leans on a strong ensemble — Danny Lee Sau-Yin, Sherman Chou Shao-Tung, Paul Chang Chung — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about action titles of 1982.
