An ancient Permian Komi virus was brought to Perm, which is gradually turning the inhabitants into zombies. A year later, the city is cordoned off by the military, scientists are trying to find an antidote. The planes are dropping food. But the heroes, like the rest of the inhabitants of Perm, have adapted to the new reality. They live an ordinary life: they go to cafes, do business, make plans for the future and try to clear the city of zombies on their own. Everything is getting better until one of the usual post-apocalyptic days Leroux is not bitten.
Directed by Zhanna Kadnikova, The Real Ass Boys VS The Zombies leans on a strong ensemble — Nikolay Naumov, Zoya Berber, Valentina Mazunina — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
