Hassan is aa simple employee whose friend gets him a job with the merchant Salem. Al-Nabrawy, a black market trader, tries to convince Salem to work with him in his illegal business, but he refuses. When documents incriminating Al-Nabrawy falls into Salem's hands, the former tries to get them back.
Directed by Henry Barakat, Hassan Beh El Ghalban leans on a strong ensemble — Sameer Ghanem, Esaad Younes, Saeed Saleh — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
