Sequel to "Rental College Student, Carnal Desire in Arrears": Teru, who has returned to his parents' house in the countryside, reunites with his childhood friend Michio, who has lost his dream in Tokyo and is withdrawn at his parents' house. A childhood friend, Masami also appeared there, and the three of them together for the first time in a long time, rebuild their relationship. Meanwhile, Teru, who was asked by Michio's father and Masami, struggles to cheer him up. [Exists in two versions with two different titles: the R18 version (Hatsujō monogatari: Osananajimi wa Yari-mori) and the R15 version (Saikou no Bakayarou Aomori Junjou Hen)].
Directed by Tetsuya Takehora, Hatsujō monogatari: Osananajimi wa Yari-mori leans on a strong ensemble — Takuya Sakurai, Nanami Kawakami, Yui Tatsumi — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about romance titles of 2019.
