About Birkaç Güzel Gün İçin
It is about a fake marriage between a poor man trying to raise money for his sister's treatment and a millionaire girl. Kemal Polat is a ship engineer working in a small boat workshop. Kemal, who rescued his brother who had disappeared some time ago from the hands of female traffickers, commits a series of murders and is sentenced to death. Kemal's former partner, Haşmet, also died during the events. Haşmet was a famous millionaire and left his inheritance to his daughter Necla on one condition. The condition in the will was that Necla marry Kemal. However, Necla was planning to marry Erol at the time. Kemal considers getting out of the situation by entering into a fake marriage due to his death sentence. However, things do not go as Necla planned, and Kemal escapes the death sentence. The two will be forced to continue the marriage charade for some time.
Directed by İrfan Tözüm, Cüneyt Arkın, Birkaç Güzel Gün İçin leans on a strong ensemble — Cüneyt Arkın, Necla Nazır, Damla Ira — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about romance titles of 1984.
