Yalnız Adam

The film tells the story of three friends who travel to Cyprus for work. Close friends Cüneyt, Aytekin, and Aykut receive a job offer. Suat Bey, a wealthy businessman, has had his wife kidnapped to the Greek side of Cyprus. Suat Bey promises to pay the three friends a substantial amount of money in exchange for bringing his wife back. The three friends, who are trying to find the woman, will go through many events.

Directed by Cüneyt Arkın, Yalnız Adam leans on a strong ensemble — Cüneyt Arkın, Songül Beyçe, Aytekin Akkaya — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about action titles of 1986.
