IF+ if the concert tour plus live is the second concert audio-visual album of Taiwanese female singer Hebe Tien, a member of the Taiwanese girl singing group S.H.E. The live audio and video of "If World Tour" Plus, released on December 8, 2017 (DVD/BD). For this concert audio-visual DVD/BD, director Bilja also conceived and shot a short film themed on the train of life, and invited Lin Qingtai to collaborate with Hebe Tien in the filming.
Directed by Bill Chia, IF+ IF Hebe Tien Tour Concert Plus leans on a strong ensemble — Hebe Tien — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about music titles of 2017.
