About Days of Life
The story of a couple who during the Iran-Iraq war in 1988, are working in a field hospital. Amir Ali and his wife because of many years which they spent there, are very fond of that place. But the news of cease fire between the two countries and then the attack of Iraqi army on their hospital put them on a difficult test.
Directed by Parviz Sheykhtadi, Days of Life leans on a strong ensemble — Hamid Farrokhnejad, Hengame Ghaziani, Kourosh Soleimani — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about screen titles of 2012.
