Naughty

Lulu, at the age of ten, wants to be the one to slaughter the family pig. But the same day, Vincent, his mother's new man, moves into the farm, welcomed by Lulu's entourage. The slaughter is entrusted to this newcomer. Then, as the animal is cut up, a muted struggle breaks out between the two men. Lulu doesn't want to give in.

Directed by Flora Molinié, Emma Degoutte, Naughty leans on a strong ensemble — Albert Geffrier, Sabrina Seyvecou, Giorgi Babluani — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about animation titles of 2021.
