The Neighbors

When you move into a new neighborhood, all you want is to get along with your neighbors and form a good bond. When you move in a neighborhood where everyone seems to be having sex, well that is a bonus. Clearly everyone is friendly and inviting. You just need to run across the street to see the action and choose to be a part of the action! This is one neighborhood that is a very good place to make friends, or at least, get laid by them.

Directed by James Avalon, The Neighbors leans on a strong ensemble — Van Damage, Denice Klarskov, Sasha Grey — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about screen titles of 2007.
