










Alvaro Rodriguez, an old swindler, owes a lot of money to a dangerous moneylender. To pay off the debt, he proposes to the man, who is also his boss, to finance one of his businesses. In the end, the 'indigenous malice' wins out and he ends up cheating his boss.
Directed by Paula Joya, Andrés Cantor, Indigenous Malice leans on a strong ensemble — Álvaro Rodríguez, Carlos Hurtado, Juan Carlos Arango — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2018.
