Sickboy

A determined graphic designer, Mike, takes part in Jan Jan’s, an enthusiastic vlogger, 18-hour long “TRY NOT TO EAT” challenge in exchange for money. Once the challenge approaches its end, a dreadful consequence intervenes Mike that shocks his friends.

Directed by Jermaine Tulbo, Sickboy leans on a strong ensemble — Vahn Leinard Pascual, Nathaniel Molina, Yuan Amandy — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 2022.
