Autumn 2024: the pandemic and the lockdown are now a distant memory. Claudio, a 23-year-old boy, is in therapy with a psychologist, Clara Talise. Entering one of their sessions, we see Claudio telling about his mother's death caused by the virus and his difficulty in being able to establishing relationships with people.

Directed by Ares Guidetti, My mother's name: Lily leans on a strong ensemble — Marco Gualco, Valentina Beotti — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
