It's Pinky's birthday today. Many people are wishing her 'Happy Birthday' making tiktok videos for her. As she was leaving to celebrate the day, a car drove up and abducts her. Pinky then wakes up in an abandoned movie theatre, with her hands tied to a chair. She thinks that, may she is kidnapped for some ransom. But the kidnapers has some other intentions.
Directed by Nissan Mahmud, Happy Birthday leans on a strong ensemble — Safa Kabir, Allen Shubhro, Rosey Siddiqui — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
