A serial killer is terrorizing a small college town. When a student begins to have psychic visions of the killer with clues as to who he is, he gives this information to the police - only to find that he himself is suspected of committing the murders.
Directed by George Mihalka, Psychic leans on a strong ensemble — Zach Galligan, Catherine Mary Stewart, Michael Nouri — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about action titles of 1992.
