Kaeng Kai has been chasing his dream of becoming a musician. Because his father Ho had wanted his son to be a chef, Kaeng Kai ran off to follow his heart. However, fate intervenes when his father passes away. He has to return to become a chef and take care of his autistic little sister Kaeng Om as his father had requested. This return allows him to meet influencer Kungking. As she sticks around lending a hand, feelings begin to blossom between the two. Two new friends come into his life along the way: Taengthai, the daughter of Khong Thai's owner who's grown born of her father and seeks work at his restaurant; and Tul, a study abroad student who disguises himself as an assistant chef.
Directed by —, K. Kaeng Phanit leans on a strong ensemble — Kidakarn Chatkaewmanee — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The series landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about screen titles of 2024.
