Adda is a university student struggling to get on with her life after her scholarship money is misused by her own father, Malik. With the family's financial situation worsening, Adda had to work hard to meet their needs. However, the harder she tries, the more she plunges into the darker side of life. Directed by Liza Nur, Neraka Yang Terhijab leans on a strong ensemble — Ezzanie Jasny, Lorenzo Irmann, Arfi Shah — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
