About Los Trotamúsicos
Los Trotamúsicos was a Spanish animated series broadcast from 1989 and spent nearly a decade on TVE's schedule. Based on the Brothers Grimm story, Town Musicians of Bremen, the series follows the story of four animal friends who form a band in the playing respectively guitar, drums, trumpet and saxophone.
Directed by Cruz Delgado, Los Trotamúsicos leans on a strong ensemble — Eduardo Jover, Rafael Alonso Naranjo Jr., Gonzalo Durán — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The series landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about animation titles of 1989.
