About Glasat na Bulgaria
Glasat na Bulgaria is a Bulgarian reality singing competition and local version of The Voice of Holland. Its first season was held in the summer of 2011 on bTV. One of the important premises of the show is the quality of the singing talent. Four coaches, themselves popular performing artists, train the talents in their group and occasionally perform with them. Talents are selected in blind auditions, where the coaches cannot see, but only hear the auditioner.
Directed by Roel van Velzen, John de Mol, Glasat na Bulgaria leans on a strong ensemble — Vladimir Zombori, Boryana Bratoeva, Ivan Lechev — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The series landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about reality titles of 2011.
