A trio of specialized soldiers is called in to stop a group of drug traffickers who have hijacked a busload of tourists in the Philippines and threaten to kill them all if one of their companions is not released from jail and the government does not stop its anti-drug policies.

A story set in the Philippine Republic in the 1900s where a lass, a Spanish mestizo, and a fisherman are caught up by Macabebe soldiers who are trying to capture Emilio Aguinaldo.
