The revolution of things we use every day that one day stop serving its purposes. The lamp won’t shine anymore; the knife won’t cut. After we realize what’s going on, we change our attitude and begin to appreciate them more. This is the end of the revolution.

The two enemies from war, Slovenian partisan Berk and German soldier Bitter, meet each other during holidays in Spain. Recalling the war through conversation, Berk remembers Anton, his fellow comrade he had spend the most time with.

Egon Vittori (Janko Mandic) is thirteen years old and does not have a record player. It is the beginning of the seventies and Yugoslavia seems to be the land of prosperity. Goods are being imported from the West, and these include American music, films and fashion. Everybody but Egon owns a record player. Finding his path among his family members, hippie owners of music records, schoolmates, teachers, communists and dissidents. Egon gets his record player in the end. About a normal person who drinks abnormally, about Slovenian addiction to alcohol. One fine day, Andrej is scared of himself. He encounters an orthodox doctor who insists on mineral water. The wife also wants a perfect marriage, but he prefers pleasant company, pleasant socializing and alcohol.
