Martin, a law student, takes up a job as a nightwatchman at a mortuary to fund his studies. But the mortuary harbours a dark secret, and he has to find the truth before he is implicated in a serial murder case.

The family's daughter throws herself out of a window in an attempt to take her own life. She survives and the family tries to figure out what they did wrong. A relative comes to visit and the daughter's tries to seduce him.
