Hotaru Kusakari is married to Gorō Kusakari, and she works as a pharmacist. She holds a secret that she is really a ninja and part of the Kōka ninja clan. Her husband holds a routine job as a postal delivery man, but he has a secret as well. He is also a ninja and part of the Iga ninja clan. Even though Hotaru and Gorō are a married couple, they are each unaware that their partner is a ninja.

The city is filled with countless urban legends. Strange incidents that occur in the midst of these legends lead people into a labyrinth... It is the five young detective hatchlings who take on these difficult cases. Overflowing with intellectual curiosity, they make the most of their abilities. They are full of intellectual curiosity and show their abilities to the fullest as they run through the city and get to the bottom of the mystery. And what lurks behind the scenes is a professional criminal planner... Through fierce battles with the enemy and encounters with various people, they are sometimes hurt, but they gradually grow up. The seven short films making up GENIUS PARTY couldn’t be more diverse, linked only by a high standard of quality and inspiration. Atsuko Fukushima’s intro piece is a fantastic abstraction to soak up with the eyes. Masaaki Yuasa, of MIND GAME and CAT SOUP fame, brings his distinctive and deceptively simple graphic style and dream-state logic to the table with “Happy Machine,” his spin on a child’s earliest year. Shinji Kimura’s spookier “Deathtic 4,” meanwhile, seems to tap into the creepier corners of a child’s imagination and open up a toybox full of dark delights. Hideki Futamura’s “Limit Cycle” conjures up a vision of virtual reality, while Yuji Fukuyama’s "Doorbell" and "Baby Blue" by Shinichiro Watanabe use understated realism for very surreal purposes. And Shoji Kawamori, with “Shanghai Dragon,” takes the tropes and conventions of traditional anime out for very fun joyride.

Mai (Rika Adachi) is a high school student. She attends a new school and there she meets her classmate Shino (Manami Enosawa). Shino was bullied by Mai's friends back in their middle school days. Table have now turned.

A samurai from the Edo Period time travels to present day Japan where he meets a divorcee and her son. Soon, he discovers a passion for making pastries.

Shiori, a young woman aspiring to work as a fashion magazine editor, is hired by the publishing house of erotica for men. There, she finds herself surrounded by salacious photos and indecent language. However, some of Shiori's earlier enthusiasm is regained through editor-in-chief Ms. Sawaki and pornographic actress-cum-columnist Haru; with their help, she develops an interest in erotica that she uses to hone her writing talent. One day a blunder that could spell the company's end tests the limits of Shiori's mental state. Physically exhausted from the high demand of the job, she is subject to one last shock that pushes her close to the edge.

Through practing Akido, four high school students try to find truth of love. The cast includes some of Japan's most beautiful talent. All the scenes are taken in Fukui prefecture with Adatara mountain and Abukuma river, showcasing beautiful and magnificent nature scenes. A pure and innocent film.

A former teacher, who reforms dropout students with Confucian teaching, decides to take care of a blind girl, who has been abused by her parents.

The musical was initially scheduled from June 25 to 30, 2020 at the Theatre1010 in Tokyo and from July 3 to 5, 2020 at the Mielparque Hall in Osaka but it was cancelled because of the Coronavirus outbreak.
