Bing and Bang, two dreamy unemployed people, wandering through Cismigiu, receive a lottery ticket as a gift from a friend. Looking for work in Snagov, they find a musical show there, then decide to return to Bucharest where they end up hungry and tired. They enter the lottery where they find out that their ticket is the winner - but they can't seem to find it.

A university lectop finds himself embroiled in a nasty blackmail case. Powerful businessman Busoni is preparing a stab at the grain market. This Protar scam should enrich him, but an article by a university professor changes his plans.

The last part of the triptych dedicated to the outlaw Șaptecai and episode 6 of the Outlaws series. In the Week of Fools, Anghel's band exchanges Lady Ralu's dowry for arms for Tudor of Vladimiri's army, which they decide to join. Although captured by Mamoulos and savagely tortured by his men, Șaptecai escapes from the dungeon and goes on his way. With the help of Anița, the Răspopitul, Parpanghel and other fellow outlaws, Anghel finally sees his dream come true.

The third movie in the Haiducii series, set in Muntenia during the Phanariote period. Lady Ralu needs a million galbeni to buy a jewelry collection from Vienna. In order to satisfy her desire, the Phanariot ruler institutes the "birul vacăritului" (the tax on the cowherd), impoverishing the people. The band of outlaws led by Anghel Șaptecai, after the death of Captain Amza, tries to recover the galbeni, forcibly taken from the tormented people. In the end, captain Mamulos catches Anghel and sends him to the pit.

In the imaginary country of "Allergica", a group of gangsters have made a fat hit by pinning the blame on the Kid, who awaits execution in the terrible "Bing-Bing" prison. At the last moment the electric chair is unplugged because the lawyer has persuaded the doomed man to dictate his gangster memoirs for the use of the Books & Books publishing house. Its director offers him a "bonus to life" only if he plays along. But the Kid prefers to write about truth, people and love.
