Cigarette is a Kannada drama, starring Nagashekhar, Roopasri, Rakshita Ponnamma and Sadhu Kokila. The main emphasis of the film is to bring awareness on the ill effects of smoking.

The story is set on the backdrop of Gopinatham village where Kempa (Santosh) is living with his sister Pragna (Nayana) and his life changes when the STF forces who arrive there in the search for Veerappan end up killing her.
