The Kannada version of the reality show where a number of contestants (known as "housemates") live in a purpose-built house and are isolated from the rest of the world. Each week, housemates nominate two of their fellow housemates for eviction, and the housemates who receive the most nominations faces a public vote out.

Three medical college students (Sunil,Vishal and Nagsekhar) are the witnesses to a murder. The goons chase them as the boys escape but their ID cards are with the goons. Now the police are on their trail as they are in disguise of females. They come to ladies hostel and meets Radhika, Suja and Sandhya who extend support as they are convinced that the boys are innocent. They work out a plan to bring the real killers in front of the law with the help of a lie detector.

Muthanna and his family, who live in abject poverty, receive a prediction that says their fortune will change overnight. The same day, a mysterious man arrives and requests them to let him stay back.

Though Vicky loves Vandana, her best friend, Sapna, is also in love with him. Vandana, being a true friend, decides to sacrifice her love for Sapna.
