Following the comical adventures of the tenants in a seemingly ordinary building in Belgrade, situation culminates thanks to bad pipes and the mysterious underground waters to a temptation that, in the end, catches them all unprepared.

The film 3211 is a true story about Stefan Djuric, a successful musician who one day loses everything and goes to prison, where only his songs remain from his former life.

The film is taking place in Belgrade for 24 hours. Follows a few stories and speaks about young urban characters, their lives, their ideals and feelings, and raises the question of whether they still have them.

A middle-aged former criminal has little time to live due to cancer, so he gets to see his son after 5 years to spend his last week with him and teach him the principles he considers important in life.
