It is the spring of 1948. The joy of peace has not yet faded, and both East and West are already afraid of World War III. Both worlds are separated from each other by the deep forests of Šumava. Twenty-four-year-old cook Josef Hasil serves in the kitchen of the National Security Corps in Zvonková. Wild boy. He had already experienced the war in a German labor camp and as a link between partisans. Now he longs above all for fun, adventure, freedom. The last thing he cares about is politics.

Ian, a junior accountant, is sat on a bench when a mysterious man sits next to him and assigns him a top secret mission. Little does he know, he has been mistaken for a top killer and must now try to salvage his lunch break.

A curious wanderer with a paper bag for a head embarks on a colorful journey to bring a lone daisy to a place where it can be amongst it's own. Along the way, Bag Head crosses paths with the mean spirited people that inhabit this world and challenge the kind-hearted nature he lives by.
