Three medical college students (Sunil,Vishal and Nagsekhar) are the witnesses to a murder. The goons chase them as the boys escape but their ID cards are with the goons. Now the police are on their trail as they are in disguise of females. They come to ladies hostel and meets Radhika, Suja and Sandhya who extend support as they are convinced that the boys are innocent. They work out a plan to bring the real killers in front of the law with the help of a lie detector.

Though two college friends become inseparable, the boy is in pursuit of his dream girl. However, with time, he realises that his close friend is his soulmate.

Anil, a software engineer, falls in love with Swathi. When Mooga, a thug, misbehaves with her, Anil thrashes him, after which he gets caught in a web of crime.

Shivu falls in love with co-worker Preethi who only ignores and insults him. When Shivu goes to his friend's village to attend his wedding, he is shocked to see that the bride is Preethi.
