Indigo

In the middle of the 20th century, people with abnormal development began to be born in the world, who were called indigo. But few know that there are those whose anomalies are hidden, and the indigos themselves call them sleepers. The appearance of indigos began to threaten the established world order, so a hunt for them began in secret. To save themselves, indigos began to recruit sleepers using lists with their names.

Directed by Tim Pavelko, Indigo leans on a strong ensemble — Aleksandr Tsoy, Dmitriy Kalyazin, Sergey Badyuk — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about science fiction titles of 2023.
